Ive almost worked my way through an entire roll of paper and set of inks so far.pretty frustrating.

I open a D-size PDF in Preview or in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, fiddling with all the options over and over, and it will only print out a chunk of the drawing, maybe 12 to 24 long, with the graphics off-set, etc.

Ive also tried to print remotely from an email with the same result.

I cant find anything on the boards that looks like my situation.

Any ideas on how to get this guy to work I have an old HP Designjet 500 in the office thats been working great for years.

And you need to maintain printer settings, physical paper size and document size always in same.

How do you tell the printer which paper supply to use For instance, I can send a letter-size sheet to the T120, and it will print out from the roll instead of the tray.
